Packaging:
All charms are packaged in bubble wrap envelopes and prints are packaged in protective heavy board envelopes!
Shipping:
All orders are shipped via Canada Post and all packages are mailed out every 1-3 weeks depending on how many orders I receive. I package and print a lot of the merch myself, so handling and shipping may take awhile!
All sales are final and are not eligible for cancellations after the order has been shipped out.
If there is any case that the package has been returned to me due to unpaid customs fee, there will be NO refunds, nor do I allow any chargebacks. All purchases are made FINAL.

Exchanges & Returns:
Returns are allowed as long as you can return the item in its original condition. Postage/mailing fees will be deducted from the refund, but buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Damaged Goods:
If product is damaged, please send me your order number and clear photos for me to check! If it was a defect to begin with, I can refund the amound for the defect(s)! Unfortunately, I do not have control over mail couriers so I cannot offer a full refund.
Lost Packages:
I am not liable for any packages after they have been dropped off at Canada Post!
Once I have sent out the package to the post office, I no longer have control over it. As a result, I cannot send free replacements nor refund/ accept chargebacks for any lost packages. For extra security, there is tracked shipping available.
